⚽ Volunteers Needed for Summer Soccer Camp!
Our church is getting ready for an exciting Summer Soccer Camp, happening July 13–16 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM @305 E Gepford Pkwy
We need amazing volunteers to help make it unforgettable for kids in our community! No experience necessary!
The volunteer commitment time is 8:30 - 1:30 PM each day.
Important Disclaimer: We require all volunteers to complete a background check unless they are currently serving in the kids ministry. All volunteers must also sign a liability waiver. If a minor is volunteering with us, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the waiver. Waivers will be available at the required Leadership Training (see below).
This camp is like a Vacation Bible School with a soccer emphasis filled with faith, fun, teamwork, games, Bible lessons, snacks, and lots of energy.
We’re looking for people who are willing to serve, encourage kids, help with activities, coach soccer stations, assist with check-in, snacks, crafts, and create a welcoming environment for families.
You don’t have to be a soccer expert to help, just willing to serve with a positive attitude and a heart for kids!
Come be part of a week that will impact unchurched kids both on and off the field.
Leadership Training, the day before camp begins, is required. If you do not anticipate being able to make the training on Sunday, July 12, from 12:30 - 4:30 PM at Summit Church, please do not sign up to volunteer.
Volunteer opportunities:
Welcome Table/Registration - Full!
Prayer table - 3 needed
Snacks Coordinators/Shoppers - 2 needed
Coach - 9 needed
Assistant Coach (ideally student age) - 10 needed
Please indicate what role you would like to sign up for in the comments section of your signup, and your t-shirt size. All t-shirts are free.
Any parents who sign up to serve can bring their kids ages 6 - 12 years old, but must sign up for the camp on a separate registration. Please also indicate this in the comments, and we will follow up with you in an email.
